We are looking for dedicated Paraeducators and Teacher Assistants to support students and teachers in a school-based setting. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' education and development.

Location: Kansas City, MO

Job Overview:

• Full-time & Part-time roles available

• Dates: August 14, 2025 - May 22, 2026

• Monday – Friday | Up to 40 hours/week

• Hourly Pay: Competitive compensation

• Caseload: PreK-12 special need students (placements based on experience & preference)

Primary Tasks:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and student engagement

• Provide individualized or small group support to students

• Help implement lesson plans and reinforce learning concepts

• Support students with special needs, behavioral management, and daily tasks

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

• Paraeducator or Teacher Assistant certification (Optional)
