Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a school district located in Kansas City, MO.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role

• Classroom-based and 1:1 support settings

• Collaborate closely with licensed teachers to provide academic and behavioral support

• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must meet Missouri state-specific paraprofessional certification or educational requirements, which may include:

  • Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, OR

  • Associate degree or higher, OR

  • Passing score on the Missouri WorkKeys assessment

• Prior experience in educational or special needs settings preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
