Paraprofessional (PARA) – Special Education Support

? Location: Lafayette, Georgia
? Schedule: Full-Time, up to 40 hours/week
? School Year: August 2025 – May 2026
? Pay Range: $15 – $25 per hour (based on experience)

Blazer Jobs is now accepting applications for a full-time Paraprofessional (PARA) to support Special Education students in the Lafayette, GA area for the 2025–2026 school year. We are looking for a compassionate and dependable individual who is committed to making a meaningful impact in students’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom and one-on-one support to students with special needs

• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision

• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development

• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required

• Active Georgia Paraprofessional License, or willingness to obtain upon hire

• Previous experience working with students is a plus, especially in a school setting
