We are hiring multiple paraprofessionals to join our district in Laconia, NH for the upcoming school year! Our paras will be assisting our special education classrooms in 1:1 and classroom support based roles. If you are interested, please read the description below and apply.

Job Duties
- Provide daily classroom assistance to students with special needs, supporting their academic, social, and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt materials to meet the needs of each student.
- Assist students in both one-on-one and small group settings to help them succeed in their coursework.
- Assist in life skills such as diapering, toileting and feeding as needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence.
- Two years at an institution of higher education or an Associate's degree or a para educator certificate
- Experience working with special education students with behavioral aid preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
