About the Role

As a Paraprofessional in Littleton, you will work alongside teachers to assist with classroom instruction, provide academic support to students, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Your role will be essential in helping students achieve their academic and behavioral goals while ensuring an environment where all students can thrive.

Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Openings

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and student activities

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students in need of academic help

• Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs

• Help with classroom management and encourage positive student behavior

• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and engaging classroom culture

• Assist students with daily routines and transitions between activities

We’re seeking individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to supporting students and educators in a positive, collaborative learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow teacher guidance and work well with others

• Patience, empathy, and a focus on student success

• Previous experience working with children or in education is helpful but not required
