In this role, you’ll work alongside certified teachers and support staff to help students thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to students with special needs
  • Assist with toileting, feeding, and lifting students, as needed
  • Help manage classroom behavior and support a positive learning atmosphere
  • Ensure students have full access to the curriculum and school activities
  • Prepare and organize materials and classroom resources
  • Supervise students during non-classroom activities (lunch, recess, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or
  • High School Diploma/GED with ABA or BT coursework completed
  • Must have 1 year experience working in a school setting
  • Significant/Severe caseload experience strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for student success
