Paraprofessional / Educational Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and passionate Paraprofessionals/Educational Assistants to support students across various educational settings including inclusion classrooms and resource/learning centers. You will work with students who have a range of disabilities and behaviors, providing essential classroom and instructional support alongside certified educators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in inclusion and/or resource classroom settings

• Assist with academic, behavioral, and social development goals

• Work closely with classroom teachers and other staff members

• Adapt and implement instructional strategies as directed

• Help with classroom management and student engagement

• Support students with a range of disabilities and behavioral needs

Qualifications:

• Must have prior experience working in a school setting

• Proven experience working with students with disabilities and behavioral challenges

• Must be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills

• Reliable transportation is required (must have a car)

• Available to begin work August 5, 2025 (non-negotiable)
