Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated ASL Paraprofessional to support students in a school district located in Marysville, CA.
Position Details:

Full-time, onsite role
-
Support provided in classroom-based settings and/or 1:1 student support as needed

Caseload information will be provided during the district interview
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Must meet California state requirements for paraprofessionals, which include:
-
Completion of at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (48 semester units), or
-
An associate’s degree or higher, or
-
Passage of a local assessment of knowledge and ability to assist in instruction
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required
Prior experience working with Deaf or Hard of Hearing students preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
