Special Education Para Professional in Marysville, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with Level 3 Autism students is highly preferred
• Ability to handle a very intense caseload with patience and resilience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude in dynamic classroom situations
• Background in special education or prior paraprofessional work is advantageous
• Commitment to full-time availability throughout the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with significant behavioral and learning needs
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of specialized staff
• Assist students with classroom activities, personal care, and social integration
• Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, inclusive atmosphere
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Complete documentation and progress updates as required
