As a paraprofessional, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with and without disabilities, working under the supervision of certified teachers to help implement lessons, provide one-on-one academic support, and encourage positive behavior.
Assist lead teachers in delivering classroom instruction
Provide individual and small group support for students
Help implement IEPs and behavior intervention plans
Support classroom management and promote positive behavior
Assist with student transitions, routines, and daily activities
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and safe learning environment

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with children
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
Prior experience as a paraprofessional, tutor, or childcare provider
Experience supporting students with disabilities or special needs
Familiarity with classroom routines and educational tools
