• Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and lesson preparation

• Provide academic support to students in individual or small group settings

• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities

• Promote positive student behavior and support classroom management

• Assist with transitions, routines, and daily classroom activities

• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment

Qualifications for Paraprofessionals:

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to follow teacher direction and school protocols

• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success

• Experience with children, tutoring, or educational support roles is a plus
