Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for roles with school districts in the Minneapolis, MN area. This vital role supports classroom teachers in delivering quality education and assists students in reaching their academic and social potential.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and managing daily classroom activities

• Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities

• Implement lesson plans and academic interventions as directed

• Monitor and support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior

• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, families, and school staff to promote student success

Requirements:

• Meet all local and Minnesota state certification and licensing requirements for Paraprofessionals

• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to student needs

• Patience, flexibility, and commitment to supporting student growth
