Paraprofessional – Full-Time | Minneapolis, MN | 2025–2026 School Year

A fantastic school district located in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential support and services to students, helping to foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives the appropriate care and instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals

• Assist teachers in implementing educational and behavioral plans

• Support student learning and development in the classroom and other school environments

• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Participate in meetings and provide insight into student performance and needs

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Must meet Minnesota state requirements for paraprofessional positions, including passing a background check

• Relevant experience working in school settings or with children with diverse learning needs preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Knowledge of behavioral or educational methodologies is a plus
