• Previous paraprofessional experience, ideally within a school environment
• Comfort and skill working with students who have significant support needs
• Ability to maintain patience, empathy, and a proactive approach in a dynamic classroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct classroom and one-on-one support for a caseload of five students
