About the Role

As a Paraprofessional, you will work alongside teachers to support students both academically and behaviorally. You’ll play a key role in creating a classroom environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive. Whether working with individuals or small groups, you’ll be making a direct difference in students’ educational experiences.

Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Openings
Start Date: Immediate openings

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom instruction and preparation of activities

• Provide academic support to students one-on-one or in small groups

• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs

• Support classroom management and promote positive student behavior

• Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment

• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow teacher instructions and collaborate with staff

• Patience, empathy, and a student-focused mindset

• Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is helpful but not required
