Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Approximately 35 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 19, 2025 – June 5, 2026 (2025-2026 School Year)
Caseload: Varies by assignment (typically 1-5 students)

Blazer Jobs is seeking a certified Paraprofessional for a full-time, school-based role in New Cumberland, PA. This position is ideal for a compassionate educator dedicated to supporting the academic and functional needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support in academic and non-academic areas, tailored to individual student needs

• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement instructional goals and methods in accordance with district and IEP requirements

• Regularly communicate with parents and team members to exchange updates and support strategies

• Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement using formal and informal tools

• Prepare for and actively participate in IEP meetings related to student programming and services

Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania certification as a Paraprofessional or appropriate credential

• Experience working in school settings preferred

• Strong understanding of instructional strategies and student support techniques

• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain consistent documentation
