Paraprofessional Opening – 2025–2026 School Year
Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students in a school district located in New Cumberland, PA.
Position Details:

Full-time, onsite role
-
Support may be provided in classroom-based, small group, or 1:1 instructional settings
-
Responsibilities may include academic assistance, behavioral support, and accommodations for students with IEPs
-
Caseload information will be provided during the district interview
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Must meet Pennsylvania requirements for instructional paraprofessionals:
-
48 college credits, or
-
Associate degree, or
-
Passing score on the Paraprofessional Assessment
Ability to obtain and maintain all required PA clearances:
PA State Police Criminal Background Check
Child Abuse History Clearance
FBI Fingerprinting clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prior experience working in a K–12 school setting
-
Experience supporting students with disabilities or behavioral needs
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
-
Familiarity with educational technology and virtual learning tools is a plus
