Teacher's Aide - Newark, Delaware

Key Qualifications:

• Current Delaware Paraeducator Permit is required and must be in hand at application. Pending permits are only accepted if accompanied by a screenshot from the DEEDS portal.
• Previous experience supporting students in a school setting, especially at the elementary level, is highly desirable.
• Commitment to completing the contractor packet, including fingerprinting ($85 cost to be paid by candidate), TB test, and Child Protective Registry Check.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with young children and collaborate with classroom teachers.
• Comfortable working onsite and flexibly adapting to dynamic classroom needs.
• If an RBT, please note you must arrange your own BCBA supervision outside of school hours.
