Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Paraprofessional license required
• Previous experience in a school setting or similar environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with students with diverse needs
• Ability to assist with classroom organization, lesson preparation, and student supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and classroom support to teachers and students
• Assist with one-on-one and small group activities to reinforce learning
• Support students with special needs, helping them engage fully in daily activities
• Help manage classroom behavior and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
• Maintain open communication with teachers regarding student progress and challenges
• Contribute to a safe and encouraging classroom environment
