Paraprofessionals are critical to the learning process. In this role, you’ll assist teachers with instruction, help manage daily classroom activities, and provide individualized support to students who need extra help—academically, socially, or behaviorally.
Location: North Platte, Nebraska
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Start Date: Immediate openings
Work with students in one-on-one and small group settings
Assist with instructional delivery and classroom routines
Help implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) for students with special needs
Support student behavior, engagement, and emotional well-being
Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive classroom environment
We're seeking individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to support the educational journey of students in North Platte.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to follow teacher guidance and adapt to classroom needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Previous experience in education or childcare is a plus, but not required
