As a paraprofessional, you’ll work closely with teachers and students to support instruction, classroom routines, and student success. You’ll play a vital role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Location: Norwalk, CT
Schedule: Full-time and part-time roles available
Start Date: Immediate openings
Assist in daily classroom instruction and activities
Provide one-on-one and small group academic support
Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
Support behavior management and positive student engagement
Encourage social-emotional learning and inclusion for all students
Maintain communication with teachers and staff to ensure effective student support
We’re seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who are eager to contribute to student development and classroom success. A teaching license is not required for this position.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow teacher direction and collaborate in a team setting
Patience, reliability, and a commitment to student growth
Previous experience with children or in an educational setting is a plus, but not required
