? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 2:15 PM

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for a Spanish-speaking high school student in Connecticut. This is a full-time, school-based role running through the end of the 2024–2025 academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to a high school student throughout the school day

• Communicate effectively in Spanish to meet the student's academic and personal needs

• Assist in classroom activities, behavior management, and academic reinforcement

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the student’s success

Requirements:

• Previous school-based paraprofessional experience required

• Fluent Spanish speaker

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a collaborative team
