Qualifications:

• S10/S10A: Associates degree or higher, or 48 college units and a high school diploma, or passing CBEST and high school diploma, or passing Instructional Aide Exam and high school diploma
• S10E and S10F: Above requirements plus CPR/First Aid certification and emergency medical/physical health care procedure training modules
• S10Q: Above requirements plus one year experience with students with significant social-emotional/behavioral needs
• S10W: Above requirements plus ability to stand for up to five hours
• S20D: Above requirements with fluent sign language and knowledge of deaf culture
• S20V: Above requirements with Braille/vision impaired coursework preferred
• S22: Associates degree or higher or equivalent plus LVN license and CPR/First Aid

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct student support in classroom and community settings
• Assist with feeding, toileting, diapering, and health-related procedures
• Collaborate with instructional and health teams
• Adapt flexibly to school and classroom assignments as determined by site needs
• Communicate professionally and demonstrate strong teamwork
• Complete all required training and certifications as assigned
