Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language is required
• Previous paraprofessional experience in school settings preferred
• EIPA certification is not required for this assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support students who communicate via sign language in after-school programs
• Provide clear, accessible communication between staff, students, and peers

• Collaborate with educators and other staff to ensure students needs are effectively met
