Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or strong background working with children in educational settings
• Ability to follow teacher direction and effectively implement classroom activities

• Understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries within a school environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and classroom support under the guidance of lead teachers
• Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce lessons and help students meet learning objectives
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of learning materials, and daily routines
• Support students with special needs and foster an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere
• Track student progress and contribute helpful observations for educational planning
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess, ensuring safety and well-being
