Make a real difference in the lives of students by providing essential classroom support as an Educational Support Professional (ESP / Paraprofessional). This full-time contract opportunity spans district-wide locations, offering both 1:1 student support and placements within center-based and resource programs. Immediate openings are available, with positions continuing through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• State Paraprofessional certification or the ability to meet state requirements
• Prior experience supporting K-12 students, especially in 1:1 or specialized classroom settings, is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and students
• Ability to adapt, multitask, and demonstrate patience in a fast-paced school environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small group support to students under teacher direction
• Assist with academic tasks, classroom activities, and behavioral support
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans as needed
• Collaborate with educational staff to reinforce lesson plans and classroom instruction
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school
