As a Paraprofessional in Oswego, you will assist teachers with classroom instruction, provide one-on-one and small group academic support, and foster an inclusive, positive environment for students. Location: Oswego, Illinois
Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Openings
Start Date: Immediate availability
Assist with classroom instruction and preparation of learning activities
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
Support classroom management and promote positive student behavior
Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom culture
Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are eager to make a difference in students’ lives and contribute to an inclusive educational environment.
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow teacher instructions and work effectively in a team
Patience, flexibility, and a student-centered attitude
Experience with children or in educational settings is a plus but not required
