Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Male Behavior Assistant (BA/BT) to provide 1:1 support for a 15-year-old male student with severe disabilities in a school setting. The student is physically large, volatile, and may become violent, so extensive experience and proper crisis intervention training are mandatory.

Key Requirements:

• Must be male (required by the nature of the position)

• 1+ years experience working in school settings with students who have disabilities and/or behavioral challenges

• Crisis intervention certified (CPI, Safety Care, Handle With Care, or equivalent – CPI strongly preferred)

• Experience with students exhibiting aggressive behaviors

• Must be reliable and available to start on April 28th
