Desired Qualifications:

• At least one year of paraprofessional experience in a school setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One of the following:
  • Completion of at least two years of college credits (typically 60 semester credits) from an accredited institution
  • An associate degree or higher
  • A passing score on an approved basic skills test, such as the ParaPro Assessment (455 or higher) or the ParaEducator Assessments (65% Instructional Support, 70% Knowledge and Application)
• Strong communication skills, with a professional and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to adapt and respond to varied student needs

Position Details:

• Contract role running ASAP through early June, 2027
• Approximately 33.75 hours per week
• Assignments include both resource and center-based caseloads, offering diverse experience and opportunities to specialize
• Support classroom instruction, implement individualized educational plans, and assist with daily student needs
