Paraprofessional/Teacher Assistant Opportunity – North Saint Paul, MN

We are looking for a dedicated Paraprofessional (PARA) / Teacher Assistant (TA) for a full-time position at our partner school in North Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the current school year. Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Start Date: Current school year.
• Caseload: Specific details will be shared during the interview process.
• Pay Range: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide academic support and reinforcement to students in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Support students with special needs, learning challenges, or disabilities in their educational and social development.
• Help with toileting, diapering, and lifting as needed to ensure students' comfort and safety.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• 2-year degree or successful completion of the MN Para Test.
• Comfortable working with Special Education students.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willingness to assist with toileting, diapering, or lifting as necessary.
