Grades 6 - 8 K-5 Parapro | Saint Paul, Minnesota

This position is for a Paraprofessional working in a school setting, supporting students across various grade levels, including Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Based in Saint Paul, MN, this contract role involves assisting educators in providing a positive and supportive learning environment tailored to student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in implementing instructional plans.
• Assist students with moderate to severe behaviors, medical needs, or emotional disabilities.
• Monitor and support student progress and behavior.
• Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and staff.
• Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with students with moderate to severe behaviors, medical needs, or emotional disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students across multiple grade levels (K-12).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to student success.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Compensation: Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on location within the area and experience.
