Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support teachers by assisting with classroom instruction, lesson preparations, and managing educational resources
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing additional help, under the supervision of classroom teachers
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students, ensuring their safety and engagement
• Monitor student behavior, provide encouragement, and help reinforce positive learning habits
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions as needed
