Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for a full-time role with school districts in the Santa Fe, NM area. We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals committed to supporting student success in an educational setting.

Position Details:

• Location: Santa Fe, NM

• Schedule: Full-time, school-based

• Contract: School year with performance-based renewal opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following state and local requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (some districts may require an Associate Degree or higher)

• Must meet New Mexico Public Education Department standards for paraprofessionals

• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

• Prior experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred

Typical Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom instruction and student supervision

• Support students individually or in small groups with academic tasks

• Provide behavior management and support for students with special needs

• Help maintain a safe and structured classroom environment

• Collaborate with school staff and contribute to IEP implementation as needed
