Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 35–40 hours per week
Contract Dates: August 4, 2025 – May 22, 2026 (2025–2026 School Year)
Caseload: Varies by assignment

Blazer Jobs is seeking a certified Paraprofessional for a full-time, school-based role in Santa Fe, NM. This position is ideal for a compassionate educator dedicated to supporting the academic and/or functional needs of students.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction and support in academic and behavioral areas, tailored to individual student needs

  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement instructional goals and methods in accordance with district and IEP requirements

  • Regularly communicate with parents and team members to exchange updates and support strategies

  • Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement using formal and informal tools

  • Prepare for and actively participate in IEP meetings related to student programming and services


Requirements:

  • Valid New Mexico educational assistant/paraprofessional license or appropriate credential

  • Experience working in school settings preferred

  • Strong understanding of classroom management techniques and differentiated instruction

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain consistent documentation
