Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support capacity
• Comfort and proficiency with technology; able to facilitate remote learning and troubleshoot minor tech issues
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, team members, and clinicians
• Patience and adaptability, especially when supporting children with varied learning and communication needs
• Willingness to be trained in the use of virtual service platforms

Role Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual speech-language therapy sessions for approximately 33 K-5th grade students
• Serve as the on-site liaison, helping students navigate their remote sessions and communicating clearly with the remote clinician
• Provide hands-on assistance to students, ensuring engagement and addressing any issues that may arise during sessions
• Support additional remote consultations, such as psychological services, as needed
• Communicate promptly and effectively regarding student progress or concerns
