Full-Time Paraprofessional/CNA/LNA Opportunity – Somersworth, NH Area

Blazer Jobs is currently conducting interviews for a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional/CNA/LNA to join our team in a full-time position with partnering school districts in the Somersworth, NH area.

Position Details:

• Location: Somersworth, NH and surrounding school districts

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Contract: Current School Year (CSY) with potential for renewal into Next School Year (NSY) based on performance and district needs

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet all local and state requirements for working in school-based healthcare roles, which may include:

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement)

• Valid New Hampshire CNA or LNA certification (if applicable to your background)

• Paraprofessional certification, Associate’s degree, or successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment (if working as an instructional aide)

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

• Background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with New Hampshire Department of Education regulations

• Relevant school or pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with medical, mobility, behavioral, or educational needs under the supervision of licensed professionals

• Assist with classroom activities and individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Support personal care tasks such as feeding, hygiene, and toileting when necessary

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with school staff and families
