Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Familiarity working with children, particularly those who require behavioral support

• Ability to commit to onsite work during scheduled school hours

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely, one-on-one, with a designated elementary student, providing guidance and encouragement throughout the school day
• Collaborate actively with teachers and school staff to implement behavior plans and academic accommodations
• Help reinforce positive behaviors, support daily classroom activities, and maintain a consistent routine for the student
• Utilize creative strategies to keep the student engaged, motivated, and progressing toward their individualized goals
• Document daily interactions and communicate regularly with the educational team
