? What You'll Do as a Paraprofessional

As a paraprofessional, you’ll provide vital support to students and teachers throughout the school day. You'll assist with classroom activities, help students stay engaged, and contribute to a supportive environment where all learners can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic assistance to students one-on-one or in small groups

• Support teachers with classroom instruction and daily routines

• Help implement IEPs and manage behavior plans

• Foster inclusive, respectful relationships between students

• Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment

? Who We're Looking For

You don’t need a teaching credential—just a passion for working with children and the ability to work well in a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, reliability, and a calm classroom presence

• Ability to take direction and adapt to student needs

• Experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a bonus
