We're seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to work on-site in the San Juan Capistrano area, with assignments at an elementary school. Your contributions will ensure students receive the individualized assistance they need for a successful school experience.

In this contract role, youll be part of a supportive environment where your skills make a meaningful difference every day. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, running from as soon as possible through early June 2027.

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting
• Skills in providing personalized attention and adapting to students unique learning needs
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding school policies

What youll do:

• Deliver 1:1 assistance to elementary students, fostering both academic and socioemotional growth
• Help implement lesson plans and classroom activities under teacher guidance
• Support students with daily tasks, reinforcing learning objectives
• Encourage positive interactions and inclusion in classroom activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team
