Positions are contract-based, running through mid-June 2027, with assignments anticipated in elementary settings. Qualifications & Experience:

• At least one year of experience delivering behavioral support in an educational environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Completion of a RIDE-approved Teacher Assistant Training Program (or exemption via higher education)
• Meet one of the following:
  Passing ParaPathways Assessment (minimum: 332 Reading/Writing & 334 Math)
  48+ college credits from an accredited institution
  Associate's degree or higher
• National BCI completed is strongly preferred for immediate consideration

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of certified staff
• Work collaboratively with educators, specialists, and families to support student success
• Assist with academic tasks, classroom activities, and behavioral management plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
