We are hiring multiple paraprofessionals to join our district in Westwood, MA! Our paras will be assisting our special education classrooms in 1:1 and classroom support based roles. If you are interested, please read the description below and apply.

Location: Westwood, MA
Duration: August 2025 - June 2026
Mon - Fri: 8:30 - 2:30 
Caseload: Assisting Pre K - 12 students with Autism
In Person Interviews with the district

Job Duties
  • Provide daily classroom assistance to students with special needs, supporting their academic, social, and behavioral development.
  • Collaborate with the classroom teacher to deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt materials to meet the needs of each student.
  • Assist students in both one-on-one and small group settings to help them succeed in their coursework.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and independence.
Requirements:
  • Two years at an institution of higher education or an Associate's degree or a para educator certificate
  • Experience working with special education students with behavioral aid preferred
  • ABA experience preferred but not required
  • Must have reliable transportation
Hourly Pay: $20-22+
