As a vital part of the team, you'll primarily facilitate access to Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) sessions using VOCOVision technology. Your support ensures that students can join and fully participate in remote evaluations or therapy sessions. When services are not in progress, you may also assist teachers and provide general aid within classrooms, helping to maintain positive and productive learning environments for all students.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Associate's degree or higher, or passing WorkKeys test, or active substitute certification required
• Previous experience working in school environments
• Ability to pass fingerprints and background screening
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Comfort with technology and virtual platforms preferred
• Reliable, attentive, and energetic approach to student support

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students to and from virtual SLP sessions and ensure their engagement
• Monitor and support student participation during remote evaluations and therapy
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide classroom support as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation related to student participation
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students
