We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual to support student learning and help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students under the guidance of a certified teacher

• Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) as needed

• Support students with classroom activities, organization, and behavior management

• Help maintain a positive, respectful, and structured learning environment

• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Associate’s degree or completion of at least two years of post-secondary education (preferred)

• Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Patience, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
