Qualifications youll need to succeed:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required.
• Experience as a Paraprofessional within educational settings is highly valued.
• EIPA certification is not required, though a strong desire to assist and advocate for students who use sign language is essential.
• Adaptability to work across different classrooms and comfort engaging with students of varying ages and abilities.
