Youll work across a K-12 caseload, building individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families. Key Qualifications:

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Maryland (MD PT License required)
• Previous pediatric or school-based PT experience is highly desirable
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to a diverse student population
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Flexibility to adapt services to varied student needs from kindergarten through high school

What Youll Do:

• Evaluate students motor skills and develop intervention plans to support academic participation and functional independence
• Deliver both direct and consultative physical therapy services per IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school district standards and state regulations
• Facilitate staff and family education to promote carryover of therapeutic techniques
• Support IEP meetings by providing expertise and data on student progress
