- Serve Elementary School
- Conduct student assessments and design personalized therapy programs
- Deliver physical therapy services to meet educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and IEP teams
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided
- Starting Pay: TBA
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
