School Physical Therapist | Enfield, North Carolina

This part-time contract role blends onsite and virtual (VOCO) work, offering you flexibility while allowing you to play a crucial part in supporting students physical development and mobility. Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams
• Exceptional communication skills for consulting with staff and families
• Proficiency with both virtual (VOCO) and onsite service delivery models
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload of K-12 students
• Familiarity with IEP processes, county/state guidelines, and relevant documentation
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to individualized student care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete thorough assessments and implement student-centered treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy sessions as well as consultative support
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate regularly with educators, occupational and speech therapists, families, and other stakeholders
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to guide therapy goals and progress
• Uphold the time allocation expectations (1 hour direct therapy : 0.5 hour indirect service)
