Location: Harvey, LA | Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite | Contract
Pay: $45/hour, based on experience

Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work with school-aged students in Harvey, LA. This full-time onsite role focuses on improving students' motor function and participation in school routines.

Job Description:

• Evaluate students’ motor and functional abilities

• Develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with IEP teams

• Provide direct physical therapy services

• Maintain progress documentation and compliance with special education laws

Requirements:

• Louisiana Physical Therapy license required

• Degree from an accredited PT program

• Experience in pediatrics or schools preferred

• Must meet all state and district clearance requirements
