We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a school-based role in Houston, TX. This full-time contract opportunity focuses on evaluating, planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions that support students’ motor function, mobility, and participation in school activities. Classroom experience is not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and developing physical therapy plans
- Delivering direct and consultative physical therapy services
- Participating in IEP meetings and maintaining proper documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid Texas Physical Therapy license
- Understanding of IDEA regulations and school-based service delivery
- Must clear all background checks per Texas Education Agency requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
