School-Based Physical Therapist - Morton, Pennsylvania

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Prior pediatric or school-based PT experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of learning and functional needs
• Passion for working with students requiring low-incidence support

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group physical therapy interventions for school-age students
• Partner with teachers, aides, and families to optimize outcomes and participation
• Conduct assessments and document progress toward IEP goals
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and update plans of care
• Support adaptive equipment use and classroom modifications as needed
